The Aqua Fortis with Blasters Ready Jet™ Mixer Drum Cleaning System has been developed to solve a problem that has existed since concrete mixer trucks have existed, namely, how to clean the ‘dead concrete’ build up from inside the drum. Our system takes away the practice of entering the drum with a breaker to remove the build up of concrete.

The machine uses High Pressure Water to remove the concrete and is a total non-entry system. With current legislation on Hand Arm Vibration, removal of build up commonly takes anything from 1-2 days. Our system takes approximately 1 hour to do the same job with no risks to health & safety.
